Current News
December 2008
We finished out November with a BANG! On the 30th, Fresh Anointing hosted their Reunion Concert at Andalusia Full Gospel Tabernacle and we had SO much fun! The church was almost packed and we had a great time with Aaron Wilburn.
We showed lots of pictures and video footage from the past six years. Everyone laughed and some cried at certain points. If you missed it, you missed a treat! Thanks to everybody that participated and joined us that night.
We had some really great concerts in November. We traveled all over Alabama, Georgia and North Florida during the month. We got to meet up with some old friends and made lots of new friends.
Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and was able to enjoy family, friends and lots of food!
We don't have any concerts for December until New Year's Eve. We will be in Birmingham. But don't think we're taking easy by any means! Between Christmas Parties, meals with family & friends, and Casey's wedding, we're plenty busy! Mike & Stacey will be headed to Buffalo NY during the holidays, Casey & Bobo will be on their honeymoon and we will going to the mountains for a little vacation with our family.
Please remember to those less fortunate during the holidays and try to make someone's Christmas special this year. Everyone's feeling the bump in the economy, some more than others. Help out if you can and spread the Christmas cheer by showing your Christian heart. It's better to give than to receive. WWJD…
Happy Birthday to…..ME!!! And our white German Shepherd-Behringer!
My birthday is the 6th and Behringer's is the 24th!
Merry Christmas!
Until next year….
Lisa and All of Fresh Anointing
**Happy New Year**

Autumn is finally here and the leaves are so pretty! This is my favorite time of the year and the weather is so nice! Hope everyone is enjoying the weather as much as I am!
We had some really great services last month in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama with some great folks. Thanks to everybody!
We've got some exciting news for November: Fresh Anointing is having a REUNION CONCERT! Mark your calendars for Sunday, Nov. 30th at 6pm at Andalusia Full Gospel Tabernacle. Most all of the former members of Fresh Anointing are returning and we've got a special guest, Aaron Wilburn. Aaron will be joining us for the evening event and sharing some of his great songs and jokes. We are really excited about this concert and spending some time with our good friend Aaron. Please join us that night - it's going to be great!
Check out our calendar and be with us in November if possible. We're going to be in Graceville FL, Bonifay FL, Pine Level AL, Camilla GA, Bainbridge GA, Prattville AL, Alexander City AL, Clio AL, and Brundidge AL and we would love to see you!
Please say a special prayer for Robynn on November 19th as she has her tonsils and adenoids removed that day.
Spend time with friends and family during this holiday season!

SHE SAID “YES”!!!!
Actually, she said “ABSOLUTELY”! Casey's boyfriend surprised her at a NQC Showcase we were on and proposed in front of the whole crowd. It was so sweet! You'll have to check out the website and myspace page for pictures. David is going to post the video on YouTube soon so keep watching for that. Casey & Bobo are getting married Dec. 20th! It's going to be a very special Christmas wedding! Congratulations Casey & Bobo!
Once again, sorry I skipped another month but September was busy with NQC and I've just started to catch up (and now I get to help plan a wedding in the middle of all of the holidays!!! YEAH!!!! --really - I love planning weddings!).
You can tell by our calendar and pictures that we've been really busy and we just love getting to go to new places and meet new people.
“Glory Came Down” is doing well on the charts. The Christian Voice magazine has it charted at #68 for the month of November! We're very excited to see that DJs are playing it and the people seem to really like it. Also, for the month of November, Fresh Anointing will be featured in the Christian Voice magazine, so be on the look-out for our article that month. If you currently don't subscribe to CV, let us know because we sell CV now and would love to start your subscription. It's only $20 for the entire year! 12 issues for only $20! Get in touch with us and we'll be glad to set up your subscription. It's really a great magazine!
Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we are traveling a lot through the end of November. Keep up with our calendar and come join us if we're in your area - we'd love to see you!
Happy Birthday to Michael on the 9th of October!
Happy Anniversary to Granny & PawPaw on the 23rd of October!

August 2008
Sorry we skipped June but things have been really busy with us. GREAT! We love staying busy!
June was busy and we were able to meet some new friends and visit with some old friends too. It's really nice traveling to familiar churches and knowing people and feeling `at home'. Thanks for everybody's hospitality in June as we traveled all over Alabama (i.e. Wetumpka, Clayhatchee, Luverne, Dadeville, Titus and Jack). We also had one out-of-town concert in Colquitt, GA with a great new trio, New Beginning.
A new event for Fresh Anointing in June was a trip to Panama City, FL for a “Stuffing Party”. Our new single is on Paradigm's new compilation cd so we had the opportunity to help stuff the envelopes and get all of them mailed to the radio stations. We had a great time visiting with all of the other Paradigm artists and getting the job done.
Speaking of our new single….. “Glory Came Down” has now been released to radio stations nationwide. Please call your local radio station and request it off of the new Paradigm compilation cd.
There are new pictures on the website and a lot of new dates for upcoming concerts. Please check out our website and drop us a line on our Guestbook. We'd love to see you at a concert soon!
Happy Belated Birthday to Stacey (Michael's wife) on July 18th.
Happy Belated Anniversary to Michael & Stacey on July 20th.
David, Michael, Casey & Robynn spent the first full week of July in Panama City at the Living Word of Faith Youth Camp. They provided all of the music and praise & worship every night. They had a great time and took lots of pictures.
We also had two weekends back-to-back that we were in Georgia. There are some really awesome Southern Gospel music fans in the state of Georgia. Thanks to everybody that came over to be with us in concert at so many of the places. We appreciate your support of our ministry.
It's only five weeks until NQC so we are in `full NQC mode' getting everything ready for the week's events! Hope you've already made your plans to attend this year. The line-up this year, every day and night, seem to be packed with great talented artists. It's going to be a great week!
Happy Anniversary to me & David! August 24th will be 17 years!
Continue to keep Fresh Anointing in your prayers.
God Bless!

June 2008
May was a busy month and June is shaping up to busy & fun too. We had some really good concerts last month and met some really nice people during our weekend in Rainsville, AL at FaithFest. Faith3 Trio hosted the event and were so nice. Also while we were there, we met The Shirey's from South Carolina. They are a very talented family group and we just fell in love with them and their ministry. I'm sure our paths will cross again in the near future.
Another May event on a personal level: Robynn graduated from Middle School! She's going to the high school this fall and we are all excited about it. We celebrated Robynn's graduation with a trip to Pensacola for the premier of the new “Indiana Jones” movie and dinner at Robynn's favorite restaurant: The Olive Garden. We had a lot of fun - Congratulations Robynn!
Some other exciting news in our family: Matthew & Brenda are engaged! Matthew proposed on May 20th and she said “Yes”! Here's the weird thing: David proposed to me on May 20th too (seventeen years ago)! Matthew didn't know that piece of trivia when he decided to propose to Brenda - just coincidence! They are planning to get married next March. Congratulations Matthew & Brenda - we love you!
We celebrated Memorial Day by grilling out and having a few friends over for dinner. I grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage, steaks, chicken, pork chops, pork loins, pork roast and sliced pineapple. I also made a homemade Creole-style cheesecake! All of us ate too much and then watched a movie at home. It was a fun and relaxing day.
June is Father's Day! Don't forget your Dad on Sunday, June 15th.
We're singing every Sunday in June except Father's Day. All of those Sunday singings are Homecoming Services with lunch and are going to be delicious I'm sure! Check out our calendar and come be with us if you're in the area.
Don't forget about the cruise in January. We are still accepting reservations and it's looking to be a great time in the Bahamas. You can go through our website and check out all of the details and to make your deposit online. We are so excited about going on this cruise and getting meet all of the other groups and so many fans. Join us as we travel around the Caribbean!
Have a great summer!
God Bless!

May 2008
April has come and gone so that means hot weather is on the way! Summer will be here before we know it!
A lot of traveling was done this past month. For starters, Michael had two big CheerNation competitions: one in New Orleans, LA and then two weeks later in Pittsburgh, PA. No flying involved - driving & lots of it for Michael! David, Robynn, Granny & PawPaw flew out to California to visit David's brother, Mike, and his family. This was the first time that Robynn and Granny had every flown. It was a great experience for all of them. They spent 5 days out in California visiting with family and sight-seeing some. It was during Robynn's spring break, so she had a blast! While all of the other kids in her class drove down to the beach for a few days, Robynn got to fly to California! She really enjoyed it. When they returned from California, a few days later, David & Casey drove to Nashville for GMA week. Michael drove down from Pittsburgh to meet them in Nashville. They spent three days helping with the Harmony Honors. They were tired but had a good time and got a chance to visit with old friends and make some new ones along the way. Casey was excited about spending her birthday in Nashville. They went to the Rainforest Café for her birthday because Casey had never been to one before. She really enjoyed the rainforest experience while dining.
Fresh Anointing only had a couple of singing dates during the month of April and we had to do them without Michael (he was in Pittsburgh). Robynn did a great job filling in for him. We sang at a Relay for Life fundraising Bike & Car Show in Andalusia. That was interesting! And then that night, we sang at Red Level High School for a benefit singing for a lady that needs a lung transplant. They did a really good job of putting the event together and I'm sure that they raised a lot of money for her. At the auction, PawPaw bought three cakes: Red Velvet, Mandarin Orange and a 10-Layer Chocolate. He's a diabetic so we all got to enjoy them! They were all delicious!
The last Sunday of April, we spent almost 6 hours doing a new photo shoot so get ready to see new pictures of us! Lynda Carnley is our photographer and she does such a great job. She is so patient and so much fun!
We currently have 10 singing dates for the month of May - looking to be busy! We're excited about getting back into the churches and ministering. Check out our calendar and come be with us if you're in the neighborhood of one of our concerts.
Something Extra-Special Is Happening! We're going on a cruise! Yes, you read it right - A CRUISE! It's a 5-day cruise on the Carnival Fascination. We depart Jacksonville, FL on Saturday, January 10th, 2009 and return Thursday, January 15th. We're making two stops: Nassau, Bahamas and then Half Moon Cay, Bahamas. You can go to www.tuneofthesea.com to see a list of the other gospel music singers that are currently scheduled or through our website to register for the cruise. It is VERY affordable: only $500 per person (double occupancy). The $500 per person includes all of the taxes, gratuities, fees, port charges, etc. (Please be sure to sign up through our website so that we get credit for the advertising of the cruise.) We really hope that you can go on this cruise with us. Give us a call if you have any questions about the cruise or how to sign-up.
May is Mother's Day - Don't forget your mother on Sunday, May 11th!
Also, a special shout-out to Brenda - the 25th is her birthday! Happy Birthday Brenda!
Happy Memorial Day to everyone too! Have a safe holiday weekend!
Until next month,
Lisa
& All of Fresh Anointing

April 2008
Spring is finally here and the weather has been so nice these last few days of March. We were so busy this past month and were able to meet so many new people. We traveled to many new places and also ate some really good food!
We started the month of March doing a three-day revival for Cold Water Congregational Church. The services were great each night and the church members fed us every night after service. Some really good cooks there!
The Butler County Baptist Association's Senior Adult Banquet was held also this past month at Greenville First Baptist. There were about 100 people there and they served an awesome meal. (The best green beans I've ever head!) Thanks to the special family that we sat with during our meal. The Butlers from Butler County were such a joy to visit with and we just love them!
We were blessed to be able to spend an entire weekend in Panama City, FL also. We sang at Trinity Holiness, Blood Bought Ministries and Victory Full Gospel. The Holy Ghost fell in all three services. Sis. Sandra, Bro. Charlie and Bro. Mike are all such great pastors and we just love to fellowship with them and their congregations. Just feels like `home' at all of these churches.
If you're ever in Jackson, GA, don't miss Buckner's Restaurant and Music Hall. They have great gospel music every weekend. But it's just not about the music, the food is also VERY good. The dining room is set up family-style. There's a large Lazy Susan in the middle of the table and waitresses just keep putting food up there. You just turn the Lazy Susan around and dip what you want and how much you want. And the waitresses just keep bringing more! How much better can it get? You've got to try their fried chicken and their peach cobbler. I almost made myself sick on the peach cobbler! Absolutely delicious!
The last weekend of March was a full one! On Saturday (the 29th), New Song hosted the 4th Annual Outback Cookout. We sat up our sound equipment Friday night and then started singing around 8am Saturday morning. There were so many grills and fryers and cookers going and it all smelled so good. They had everything from oysters, to fried turkey, to shrimp gumbo, to chicken and dumplings, to gator, to chitterlings, to hamburgers and everything else in between. (I had a tent up and done some grilling and cooking myself.) Pastor Jerry Adcock of Wings of Love Ministries in Panama City, FL brought the noon message and did a fabulous job!
Our last singing of the month found us at Ocmulgee Baptist Church in Selma, AL for their Fifth Sunday Night Singing. There was a really great group of people there and we had a really good time in the Lord with them. Thanks so much to Sis. Teresa and her husband for serving us dinner too. (The dirt cake was so good!)
Things look to be slow for the month of April, but we've really got several things planned just not actually on our calendar. Our big event for April is the Harmony Honors that will be held in Nashville, TN April 21-23. (We're not up for any awards, we're just helping with the production & taping of the show.) We're very excited about being a part of this event.
Keep up with our calendar because things are always changing! We'd love to see you!
Check out the “Photos” page and see some of the places I've talked about!
Happy birthday this month to David (on the 12th), Casey (on the 21st), and Matthew (on the 15th).
Until next month,
Lisa

March 2008
The month of February was so good. We were in lots of great churches and with a lot of good friends. We got to spend some time with our good friends, The Kennedy's, in Eufaula, AL. They are some good cooks too! Thanks again for the homemade lasagna and strawberry trifle - they were awesome! Jimmy & Kim and their boys, Timmy & Tubby were so hospitable to us and we enjoyed getting to spend time with them. Thanks again Jimmy, Kim, Timmy & Tubby!
We are looking forward to this month too. We'll actually be in Panama City this upcoming weekend and we're also looking forward to the end of the month for the Outback Cookout! If you're anywhere around, come be with us and ALL of the great food!
Hey Fans - We Need Your Help! Keep calling your local radio stations and Christian Bookstores and request our latest cd project “Show Me The Way”.
Special “Happy Birthday” this month to Peggy (aka Granny)! Her birthday is coming up March 28th! She is such a blessing to us as a group and as a family. We love it when she & PawPaw get to travel with us - it's always so much fun! If you see Granny this month, give her a special birthday hug! Love ya Granny and all of us in Fresh Anointing hope you have a wonderful birthday!
Also during the month of March, we will celebrate Easter. What a wonderful time of year! Christmas is a fun time of year but as Christians, we should rejoice knowing that not only did Jesus come into the earth as human, but he died as human. Thank God that the story doesn't end there. Thank God for the THIRD Day! Easter is the time of year when we publicly acknowledge that Jesus rose from the dead and is seated at the right hand of the Father. Without Jesus paying the ultimate price, we would have no hope of an eternity in heaven.
Remember this Easter the true meaning of what Christ's death and resurrection really means to you as a Christian. Rejoice and be glad!
See you somewhere along the way,
Lisa and All of Fresh Anointing

February 2008
Sorry this issue of the Current News is late this month. Most of you probably know that I've been in the hospital for about a week (Saturday, Feb 2nd until Friday, Feb. 8th). Apparently I caught a really bad intestinal bug and just couldn't get rid of it. I got so dehydrated and I became malnourished also. After many bags of IV fluids, antibiotics, vitamins & minerals and iron, I'm much better now. I started back to work this week and seem to be on the road to a full recovery. Unfortunately during the process of those 10-12 days, I lost 10 pounds. Many of you know that I've actually been trying to gain about 10 pounds, so know I have 20 pounds to try to put back on. Anyway, I guess it's a good problem to have. As I sit here and type this Current News, I'm munching on Girl Scout Cookies - surely that'll help gain some weight!
We had a really busy month of January but every service was great. We got to meet a lot of great new people and got to visit with some old friends as well along the way. If you've looked at our Photo page, you've seen our latest addition to the group. Her name is “Miss Behringer”. She's a solid white German Shepherd and is absolutely beautiful! She's too little to leave home right now, so she's traveling with us on the bus until she's older and can be left outside to fend for herself.
There's been a couple of dates that Michael was unable to be with us because of prior engagements, so Robynn had to fill in for him and she did a fabulous job. Thanks so much Robynn! Many people don't know just how talented Robynn really is. She sings so well solo and does a great job filling in and harmonizing with David & Casey when she needs to. She also is a great asset in unloading and loading up equipment. She also knows how to run all of the cables and hook up the sound system. Robynn does a fantastic job making most of the photos you see on the webpage. She usually sits close to the front in the church and takes a lot of good snapshots during the concert. Some other things that people don't see Robynn doing is helping out on the bus. She is so good at helping to keep it clean & organized. She also helps out and does some cooking & preparing food and snacks for the trips. She's also a good babysitter for Behringer. Next time you see Robynn, let her know how much she's appreciated for all of her behind-the-scenes work she does. She's such a talented fringe benefit to Fresh Anointing. Thanks again Robynn!
Keep up with us in February (if you can!). We're all over the place this month! Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and some regional dates here in Alabama. We'd love to see some familiar faces so come out and visit with us if we're in your “neck of the woods” this month.
Hope everyone had a Happy Valentine's Day! I love my sweetheart so much - Thanks David for being the love of my life!
Until next month,
Lisa
& All of Fresh Anointing

January 2008
Happy New Year! It's going to be a Great 2008! We had a great service in Troy, AL for New Year's Eve with another southern gospel group, Mercy Rain. This was their 3rd Annual New Year's Eve Celebration and they invited us to join them this year. We had a great time bringing in the new year with great southern gospel music and worshiping together. Thanks to Mercy Rain for inviting us this year.
Backing up to December 23rd: We had the privilege of helping with The Bridge Ministry in feeding about 125 homeless people in Nashville. What An Awesome Experience! We hope to make it an annual event for us. David's parents were able to join us on this trip along with Brenda and we had some great family time as well. Please take a minute and look at the photos we made that night. The Galloways & Tony Gore set-up the Smoky Mountain Christmas Dinner for them in coordination with Candy Hemphill Christmas of The Bridge Ministry and Christ Worship Center in White House, TN provided the fellowship hall, kitchen, sanctuary and baptism pool. Tony Gore did a fabulous job cooking the food that night. The homeless were served salad, roasted pork loin, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, pineapple casserole, roll and some of Tony's famous cakes. They were all served on china plates, with linen tablecloths & napkins. The centerpieces were so nice and everything looked so beautiful for them. After dinner, all of them were ushered into the sanctuary where we had church. Candy Hemphill Christmas, The Galloways, Tony Gore, us and some others were on stage singing some great hymns and Christmas songs. There was a special baptism time and then there was a message brought that was so good. After the service, all of the homeless people were given a new pair of shoes and a Carhartt jacket before being bused back to The Mission to sleep that night. It really was an awesome experience to help that night. I'm so glad that we were a part of it.
We've already had a busy first weekend of the year. We spent January 4th, 5th & 6th in the Atlanta area. We had to have some bus work done and then we sang at Harry's Gospel Buffet in Winder, GA on Saturday. If you're in that area, take the time to go to Harry's. There is a great group of people running this restaurant and the food is fabulous! You'll get great food, service and southern gospel music all at one time. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with them and hope to be going back sometime later this year. Last Sunday we had a great service at Calhoun Ave. Baptist Church in Rome, GA as well. We really enjoy singing in that area of Georgia. There seem to be some real great southern gospel music fans in that area. Thanks so much for supporting our ministry.
Coming up for the rest of January, we'll be in the Panama City, FL area for the 12th, 13th & 25th. Please come see us if you're in the area those weekends. David, Michael & Casey will be in Nashville the 14th, 15th & 16th. They've got some meetings to go to and they're also going to lay some tracks to a new song that David wrote.
Also during December, Michael took about two weeks to do some bus repairs. You can check out some photos of the bus jacked up on oak stumps - yes, interesting… Mike does a really good job at keeping the bus in good shape. He puts in long hours sometimes in order to get things done in a timely manner for us to be able to travel. Some of those long nights he said that he gets discouraged so he goes to our website and reads the Guestbook. It makes him feel better to know that what we're doing is making a difference. If you've heard us in concert before, go to our website and leave us a comment on the Guestbook. We really enjoy reading them and it really helps to encourage us. Because we all work regular full-time jobs, it's great to know that those times we get so weary, it's worth it all to know that lives are being changed through our ministry, not us, but through our ministry that God has allowed us to be a part of. Thanks so much for great fans and Christian Brothers & Sisters that help encourage us.
Happy Birthday to Robynn who turned 14 years old on January 4th and to Thomas who turned 73 years old on January 6th.
God Bless,
Lisa
And All Of Fresh Anointing

December 2007
My favorite time of the year is finally here - CHRISTMAS! I absolutely love the holiday season! As you can tell from the picture, we love to decorate too. We're going to add some more photos soon so you can go to our “PHOTOS” page and see some other shots of our Christmas decorating at our house.
November was a busy month for us and we enjoyed all of the services so much. We had a special treat on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Mike & Kelly Bowling were passing through and stopped in to do a concert with us at New Song Community church. What an awesome concert! Mike, Kelly & Jeff are such great people and we love them so much. They have such a great heart for ministry and seeing souls saved. There were many lives changed that night through the words of their songs and testimony.
December is going to be hectic as well but not with concerts. We all take December as a time of rest from the `bus-life' and enjoy our families and friends during the holidays. Our next concert will be Sunday, December 30th in Coffee Springs, Alabama.
David & I are planning a 4-day trip to Tennessee the first week of December to celebrate my birthday and get our final shopping complete. Then the rest of the month will be spent with our families and friends here locally. Robynn will have a Christmas band concert at school that I'm sure we'll get to enjoy and then she'll have a long Christmas break from school. Matthew is still in college and working part-time so he is busy with both of those (plus his girlfriend Brenda!).
Casey is working on the bus and in the studio getting some of those things done that need to be done but never does get done …. know what I mean? Just those little things, but lots of them so she's busy too. She's getting to spend some time with her family too and her niece is getting spoiled!
Michael has some bus repairs to do while it's going to be parked for a few weeks. He's got three weeks to get some major work done before he leaves for New York for his Christmas vacation. He & his wife, Stacey, will be gone to New York for about a week visiting with his family and probably doing a little skiing. Maybe they'll get plenty of snow while they're up north.
We're all going to be busy but enjoying every minutes spent with family and friends.
To all of our friends, family & fans:
We love you and wish a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season!
Be Safe and Hope To See You Soon!
From,
Lisa, David, Casey, & Michael

November 2007
Fall is finally here and I love the weather - CRISP & COOL! All of the trees are changing colors and it's so beautiful. I love getting to wear all of my sweaters and boots and getting ready for the holidays.
Speaking of the holidays….We'll actually start decorating for Christmas this first weekend of November. I know it sounds early, but it takes us about three weeks to get everything in place and ready to turn the lights on Thanksgiving night. With our busy schedule, we have to start early and work every available evening to get it done by Thanksgiving. If you know where we live, you need to drive by sometime after Thanksgiving and see the lights at our house. We put up about 15,000 lights outside in the shrubbery and along the eaves of the house. We also put up 12 Christmas trees inside the house so that adds about another 15,000 lights inside the house. Thank God Michael is an electrician! He added all of the outdoor plugs and added two breakers to our electrical box a few years ago so that we could turn on this many lights at one time without being a fire hazard!
October was a busy month but we loved every minute of it. We had a couple of “Firsts” last month. We finally sang at the legendary Klondyke Gospel Music Center over in Ozark, AL and it was great. We meet a lot of great new friends and hope to make it an annual event to visit them. Mr. Ron Jeffers was so nice and we enjoyed being with all of the people in Ozark.
Another “First” was hearing ourselves on XM Radio for the first time. Mr. Marlin Taylor of XM Radio came by our booth at NQC in September and got one of our cd's. He told us that if he liked us, he'd play us on XM. Well, I guess he liked us because we heard “Glory Came Down” on XM on Sunday morning, Oct. 21st at 7:30 a.m. on our way to Luverne First Assembly of God. We were very excited and it just made our day to know that we are now being heard nationally on XM radio.
If you've looked at our website photo page for October, you probably noticed that we had a new face at one of our concerts. Adam Krauss filled in for Michael at the concert in Pine Level, AL. Michael had a sound job he had to do for his brother at the last minute and Adam stepped up and filled in for Michael. Adam had about 6 days to learn the baritone part for about 12 songs. Thanks so much Adam for helping us out in a krunch!
We were also in Panama City, FL during the month of October and had some AWESOME services. Both of the churches in PC were full of so many nice people and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with both churches. We also met some new friends in Chipley, FL at the old Chipley high school singing hosted by Changed. They are such a great group and so friendly. We just love them and hope to be in service again with them soon.
November is shaping up to be a busy schedule for us and we are looking forward to it. Most of the dates are relatively local so it'll be nice to be close to home during this busy holiday season. However, David, Michael & Casey will be a making a trip to Nashville for a meeting and to visit The Bridge Ministry so please keep them in your prayers as they travel that long distance. If you're anywhere in the vicinity of Andalusia, Opp, Prattville, Wetumpka or Columbus, GA, during the month of November, please check out our CALENDAR page and come visit us in concert.
Happy Thanksgiving!

All of Fresh Anointing

October 2007
NQC was Great! We had such a blast! If you missed the 2007 NQC, make plans now to attend NQC in 2008. We met so many people and made lots of new friends. Some of our new friends that we met first in Breaks, VA and then spent some time with at NQC were the Living Waters Trio. They are such a great group of people. Tabitha and Kelly are so much fun! They can also really sing! They have some really cool harmonies and I just love to hear them sing.
We also talked with Blake Bolerjack, Jimmy Dooley, Wendy Word & Forgiven, Perfect Peace, Aaron & Amanda Crabb, Adam & Kristi Crabb, The Watkins Family, Tribute Quartet, The Talley Trio, Aaron Wilburn, Eternal Vision, Seven, and the writer of “I Plead The Blood” - Marcia Henry. What an honor it was to meet and talk with her. There were a lot of radio DJs and concert promoters that came by and visited with us too.
A great surprise was a bus load of people from our area also made the trip to Louisville. They arrived on Thursday and left back Sunday morning. David's aunt & uncle were part of that trip so we were able to spend some time with them too.
David has already put up some of the photos from NQC. So you can go to our photo page and check those out. It was a lot of work, but it was a lot of fun too. David surprised us with a trip to Chuck E Cheese on the way home to help us unwind. There are some pictures of us playing some of the games there that day. We had fun!
Check out our Calendar too and see where we're going to be in October. I think almost every weekend is booked. God has been so good to us. Thanks to everybody for their support of us and the ministry that God has called us into.
On Sept. 22nd our second release was shipped to radio. “Angels Watching Over Me” should be at your local radio station and ready to be played. Please call your local radio station and request our latest single. It's a new version of an old classic first recorded by The Blackwood Brothers and then later by The Oak Ridge Boys. I think you'll like it. It seems to be a favorite everywhere we go.
Happy Birthday to Michael! His birthday is Oct. 9th.
God Bless From All Of Fresh Anointing,
Lisa

September 2007
September is finally here and we're getting ready for NQC! We hope to see all of you there and meet many more great southern gospel fans. This will be our first year going to NQC so we're just excited about going - getting to sing in a showcase is just the icing on the cake!
We had some powerful services in August. If you were with us at any of these services, I know that you were blessed just like I was. Wow! God just keeps anointing these services and we feel so blessed to a part of them.
Keep us in your prayers as we continue to travel and spread this great message. We will be traveling through the great states of Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Virginia and several area dates in Alabama. We are looking forward to all of them and know that God is going to show up at each service.
We're also glad that it's September and finally the weather is cooling down. Some of these outdoor dates get HOT! But it's worth it to see people encouraged by the message in the songs. It's truly amazing how God can move through song and testimony. We feel so honored that God chose us to help deliver His message and we take this assignment very seriously.
We were recently booked at a church to sing. When David was talking with the pastor to schedule the arrival dates and times, the first thing the pastor asked David was “Are you saved?” At first David was stunned, but then he realized that this was a good question. David quickly answered with “Yes, definitely. Everybody in the group is saved and we all believe & live according to God's Word. We don't just sing about it and talk about it - WE LIVE IT.” Too many people put on `fronts' but they forget that they're not fooling God. You can fool people some of the time, but you can NEVER fool God.
Over the past few weeks, we've had our integrity `tested' by some pastors and we feel that it's about time pastors take a stand and KNOW what's going into their pulpits. It hasn't offended us as a group, we actually feel that these pastors are taking their positions very seriously as the leaders of their churches. It's truly an honor to sing in these churches where we know that the pastor is genuinely concerned about the direction of the service. Pastors shouldn't let just anybody lead their congregation in a worship service. There are many wolves in sheep's clothing out there and the pastors are responsible for their flock.
Well, that's my sermon for this month…. Haha!
Please keep us in your prayers as we travel about 4000 miles this month in the Southeast. (That's like driving from Atlanta to Las Vegas and back!)
God Bless,
Lisa

August 2007
All of the July weddings were beautiful and finally over! David & I had a great time attending the weddings and being part of them. We're just glad that they're over with now.
August is gearing up to be pretty busy. We'll be singing in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi and Virginia during this month. Please keep us in your prayers as we put a lot of miles on the Eagle.
We're thrilled about NQC coming up next month. Hope we get to see a lot of old friends and make a lot of new ones that week in Louisville.
David & I will be celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary on the 24th of August. It seems like only yesterday that we were married - boy were we young! HaHa!
School is getting ready to start too. Robynn will begin 8th grade, Matthew will start his first year in college, Brenda will start her last year in college and Stacy is starting nursing school. Everybody's going in their own direction and working on their careers. It's really an exciting time for all of us.
Here's something new that we've found, www.shoutlife.com. If you've never been to this website, go check it out. It's a Christian version of the popular “MySpace”. We've already made a lot of new friends and love it.
Hope to see you soon! God Bless!
From all of Fresh Anointing,
Lisa

July 2007
Happy Fourth of July!
If you've looked at our website calendar, it doesn't look like we're very busy in the upcoming month. Well, let me assure you that we are VERY busy for the month of July. Even though Fresh Anointing is not booked every weekend to sing somewhere, we as individuals have a packed schedule for July.
David & I have 4 wedding events in July - one every weekend! Say a prayer for us because we will be on the road traveling to two out-of-town weddings. Also, congratulations to our niece, Raven. She's getting married the last weekend of July.
If you can be with us on Sunday, July15th in Titus, AL, we'd love to see you. The service starts at 10:30 am at New Home Baptist Church. We're looking forward to what God is going to do in that service. Please join us if you can.
Please go to our website and check out the photos of the new paint job on the bus. We love it and are so proud to be “out of the'80's” with that beach scene. Also, you can link over the David's personal `MySpace' page and see our new addition to our family. We have a new puppy, well, actually he's three months old now. He's a black German Shepherd and his name is Peavey. He is so sweet. Michael & Stacey's two German Shepherds had puppies and they gave one of the black ones to David as a birthday gift. Go check out the pictures of Peavey - he's so adorable!
Until we see you again,
Love,
All of Fresh Anointing

June 2007
Happy Father's Day!
If your Dad is still living, don't forget him on Sunday, June 17th. You won't realize how much you'll miss him until he's gone. My Dad went home to be with the Lord in August of 1998. For years, I took for granted that he would always be around. He seemed to be in perfect health but died of a massive heart attack at the young age of 58. So take some advice from me and don't assume that your Dad will always be around. Take the time to love and honor him on Father's Day this year.
Summer is here and our calendar for May was soooooo busy! We're excited about what June will offer us! We had several concerts, community events, radio & television interviews along with Mother's Day, Matthew's graduation and Brenda's birthday all thrown in there together. Thank God we've been busy - we love serving the Lord and we're looking forward to what God has in store for us this month!
We've got several concerts lined up but we still have a few open dates in June so call us if you'd like for us to come visit your church or community event.
Check out our “Photos” page and see some of the new pictures we've posted. You'll probably notice some new faces. We had one weekend that Casey couldn't be with us, so Robynn and Brandy Bond filled in for her. Casey's grandmother died that weekend and she felt that she needed to be with her family. We understood and Robynn & Brandy did a great job filling in for her. Thanks so much girls for doing a fabulous job!
Another exciting event is our bus! We have gotten the bus painted and will be getting it back the first week of June. We've seen some preliminary photos from the paint shop and it looks great. As soon as we get it back, we'll post new photos of it so you can recognize it going down the road.
June will also bring up the one-year anniversary since David & I had our gastric bypass surgery. We will be going back for our one-year check up soon and we're both very excited about being on the “100 Pound” wall of fame at the doctor's office. All of his patients that have lost 100 pounds get their picture put up so David & I will both be on the wall in a couple of weeks. Yeh! David has lost 125 lbs. and I've lost 107 lbs. as of this writing. We're both feeling great and have done really good with the surgery. Thanks for everybody's prayers as we've went through this life-changing event in our lives. It's been great! Watch David's page for some updated photos.
Hope to see you soon at concert!
From Lisa and all of
Fresh Anointing

May 2007
Let me start this month's newsletter with a “Happy Birthday” to Brenda and a special “Congratulations” to Matthew on his upcoming high school graduation. Both of these happen on Friday, May 25th! They are both very special to us and serve Fresh Anointing behind-the-scenes in a great big way! We love and appreciate them both very much. From the rest of Fresh Anointing, we hope that May 25th is a special day for both of you!
Now on to other Fresh Anointing business… We are still promoting our first radio single, “I Plead the Blood”. Several of the radio stations have told us that we are now in `heavy rotation' which is a good thing. Please continue to call your local radio station and request our song. You can check our website and find the telephone number of all of the charting stations in your area. We have had several radio and television interviews in the last few weeks and have some more coming this month. We are very excited that area communities are interested in our music and want to talk with us about our new project. We just hope that something we sing or say during any of the interviews or concerts touches and changes lives.
We are continually posting new pictures on the website and on the `myspace' page along with new concert dates. Please check `em out and come visit if we're in your neighborhood. We love to see old friends!
We've also updated the personal pages on the website. Matthew has his new senior portraits on there along with the prom pictures too. Brenda & Robynn's have also been updated. Hopefully by the end of May we'll have everybody else's updated.
Our mission is to see souls saved and Christians encouraged every time we minister. Hope to see you at a concert soon!
From all of Fresh Anointing-
We Love You!

April 2007
It is finally SPRING! All of the trees and flowers are so pretty in full bloom. However, my car is taking a direct hit from the pollen which has also affected David & Casey's voices. They've both been fighting allergies and sore throats for the past two weeks. But they're back on the mend now and sounding great.
Shout Outs To Our Birthday People This Month:
David will turn 36 on April 12th
Casey will turn 26 on April 21st
Matthew will turn 18 on April 15th
We've been so busy lately and things are just getting started. We love it though! April is shaping up to be a very busy and exciting month. We've been working on this last cd project for a year now and we should have the new project in hand within the next week. It's been amazing how God put everything together in His timing for this new cd project. And He still amazes us everyday with new opportunities to share these songs. We feel so blessed.
We will be doing a lot of traveling this month. Please keep us in your prayers while we're on the road. We'll be in Marianna, FL on April 12th doing an interview at the local radio station, WTYS 94.1, promoting our new single, "I Plead The Blood". Then on Saturday and Sunday, April 14th and 15th, we will be in the Panama City, FL area singing for three concerts. Please come be a part of any service that you can join us in. Check out the calendar on the website for details about each concert. Also, there may be some added later so keep an eye on our calendar for when we'll be in your area. We'll also be going to Nashville, TN, and Atlanta, GA during the month of April for Fresh Anointing business so please keep that in your prayers too.
If you've been to the "Photos" page of the website, you'll notice a big change to the group. Not only has David lost over 120 pounds now, but Casey got a major haircut! We've got the photos of every step of the process. She hasn't had her hair cut since she was about 12 years old so this was a big deal for her. She was proud that she was able to cut off enough to be able to send it to "Locks of Love" where they will use her hair to make wigs and hairpieces for cancer patients.
Keep watching our website for some exciting news about the new cd and some concert possibilities that are coming our way. We're very exciting about what God is doing in our ministry and in our lives.
Hope to see you at the next concert & God Bless,
All of Fresh Anointing

Our new cd project, "Show Me The Way", is finally at the printing and packaging stage. We hope to have them ready for distribution and on our product table within the month. The radio stations should have our single, "I Plead The Blood" and you can call and request it now.

Hope to see you somewhere along the way,
Fresh Anointing

December 2006
Wow! This has been an exciting and busy year for Fresh Anointing. We've been to many new places and met many new friends. What an enjoyable adventure it has been for all of us.
If you've never hosted a Fresh Anointing concert, we encourage you to find a date on your calendar and give us a call. We love to minister whether it be in a church, a fund-raiser, civic event or church party. Our calendar for 2007 is beginning to get busy so call and let us know if you'd like to host a concert. If you have already hosted us, well, get ready to host us again because our new cd should be out by early spring of 2007 and we would love to come and share these new songs and testimonies with you that we've encountered along this journey.
As this year comes to an end and the new one begins, all of us with Fresh Anointing would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thanks for being such great fans AND friends this past year. We look forward to meeting you again this next year and sharing God's Word through HIS witnessing music.
Please continue to pray for all of the members of Fresh Anointing as we are stepping out in faith for this new cd project. God has opened so many doors for us and we are excited about what the upcoming year may hold for us. We covet your prayers and know that we are about the Father's business as we go from town to town sharing His love.
Have a Safe & Happy Holiday Season!

August 2006
Boy, is it ever a hot summer! Thank God for air conditioning. I sure am glad we have 3 of them on the bus. I am very thankful that we have not had any hurricanes yet, but a little rain would be nice. I hear this week we are suppose to be getting some.
August 24th this year Lisa and I will celebrate 15 years of marriage. Can you believe she kept me around that long? Many people have been asking about us since the surgery. We are doing great! Lisa has lost about 45 lbs. and I have lost around 65 lbs. We are both off of all blood pressure medicine and no more CPAP machine to sleep in. We are really feeling great.
Michael and Stacey just celebrated their 4th anniversary July 20th. Gee, time really flies! Keep Stacey in your prayers she just had her appendix removed. She is at home recovering and doing really good.
Our new recording project is going awesome. This is definitely our best songs yet. We have two more songs left to lay vocals on and then we will begin mix down. We are looking at some new t-shirt designs that will follow the message of some of our new songs. All of this and having some material to release to radio is really exciting.
We still have a few dates left on this years calendar and we are starting on next years dates. If you would like to have Fresh Anointing minister at your church, just give us a call. Remember to keep us in your prayers.
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing

July 2006
We'll it's been a long time since I have updated our current news. There has been a lot happening since April. Lets see if I can remember most of it. We had some great concerts and meetings in May and June. We had a wonderful night with the Dixie Melody Boys at Green Tree Christian Fellowship. The highlight of May had to be our trip to Virginia. That was the first time the Eagle had been that high up in the mountains. It takes a whole different style of driving to go in some of the places we went. On the way to Virginia we stopped off for a day at DollyWood and the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame. What A Blast! Check out the pictures on our photos page.
On June the 6th Lisa and I had a major change take place in our lives. We both had gastric bypass surgery in Mobile, AL. I'm glad to report we are doing great and on our way to a healthier and more fulfilling life. Keep an eye on our progress by watching our photo pages. I hope you see less and less of us each time.
We start in a crusade tomorrow night with Andy Bryan in Montgomery, AL. Conversations with Carol will be hosting this crusade at Gospel Tabernacle Church of God in Christ. Please be praying for this crusade with us. The crusade will go Sunday night thru Wednesday night starting at 7:00PM each night. We are believing for many souls saved during this crusade. Get a lost person to come with you and join us there.
We are three songs into our new project and are very excited about what God is already doing. Next month I will share more about the songs going on this project. I feel it is some of the most anointed music we have ever done. We have plenty of openings in our calendar for August and September, give us a call we would love to minister at your church.
The picture this month was made at Glory Tabernacle Church in Opp just 10 days after our surgery. God Is So Good! We finally got the whole Fresh Anointing crew in one photo.
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing

April 2006
It's birthday time around Fresh Anointing. (David on the 12th, Matthew on the 15th and Casey on the 21st) So, happy birthday to us! All presents will be accepted :) Just Kidding! This month is really busy for us and its already off to a great start.
The first weekend of this month was spent ministering with Andy Bryan. During three services we saw 33 souls come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. The people that received Jesus Christ as their personal savior ranged between the ages of 8 to 80 years old. What a way to start the month!!! We will be with Andy tomorrow night in Grand Ridge, FL at El Bethel Assembly of God. We look forward to working several more dates together with Andy in the months to come.
Thursday night we had the opportunity to sing with gospel music legends The Inspirations. There was over two thousand people there and we had a great time. We met a lot of new friends right here from our on area. This electric coop meeting is always a great event with great gospel music every year.
All of our friends in the Panama City area make sure you come be with us at Trinity Holiness church in Southport. FL. This was a last minute date so make sure you tell a friend and bring them with you. We are looking forward to a great night back with pastor Sandy and the whole congregation.
We would love to add your church to our calendar this year, so please give us a call and let's plan an awesome night together worshiping the Lord. We are also looking for some churches that would like to be involved in some old time crusade meetings. Fresh Anointing along with Andy Bryan Ministries are planning to host some crusades filled with Great Gospel Music and anointed preaching of God's Word. We want to get back to the basics where we can see souls saved and God's people set free. No more living in the bondage we have allowed this world to place on us. Please continue to pray for us as we seek to do His will.
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing

March 2006
Springtime is getting here the flowers are blooming and the weather is warming up. That means Easter is just around the corner. I love Christmas and celebrating the birth of Jesus, but without the resurrection that we celebrate at Easter we as Christians would have no deliverance of our sins. Don't get caught up in only eggs, baskets and bunnies this year. Celebrate Jesus victory over death, hell and the grave. Worship Him this Easter in freedom that only His death and resurrection could bring.
We have a lot of fun events coming up this month like the Celebrity Night of cooking at Green's BBQ. Don't worry we are going to stick to singing and waiting tables that night while Mrs. Wiggins, Lisa and Robynn take care of the menu. Come and enjoy Rocky Top Chicken, Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Buttermilk Biscuits, along with a Butterfinger Cake for dessert. Now doesn't that sound good! The Outback Cookout and the Jubilee Sing at the Antioch Campgrounds are both on the 25th of March, I know they will be a blast. Come out and spend the whole day with Fresh Anointing.
The photo this month is one of my favorites from our last photo shoot. It never was used anywhere but I wanted to share it with everyone. To many of our older fans this hand pumped well will probably bring back some old memories.
Thanks for visiting our website today. Remember to keep us in your prayers. Come be with us and worship with us as much as you can on our upcoming dates. We hope to see you soon!
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing

February 2006
It's time to get back on the road. We enjoyed our break with our families during December and January, but we are ready to continue spreading the gospel. Although we did not have a lot of concert dates in the past couple of months, we've been busy with video shoots and interviews. We recently shot videos and recorded an interview with Praise The Lord program at TBN which is to be aired sometime in March.
We recently joined the Central Alabama Southern Gospel Music Association in Montgomery, AL. This association promotes southern gospel music and groups in this area of Alabama. Their annual convention will be held April 22nd at Beacon of Hope Church of God in Montgomery, AL. There will be lots of great singing and groups there that night, if you would like more information or directions to the event just email us or give us a call and we will do our best to help you get there. The membership of this association is made up of groups, soloist as well as fans. If you or your group is interested in becoming a member just let us know. We are looking for great fans and groups to help continue this great southern gospel music that we love so much.
As our calendar starts filling up for 2006 we ask that you remember us in your prayers. This ministry is fueled by prayer and our faith in God and where He has called us to go. If you are interested in Fresh Anointing coming to your church or event give us a call we would love to be with you. If you know of a gospel venue or festival you would like to see Fresh Anointing at just give us a call and we will try to arrange it. We love all of you and appreciate you taking the time to visit with us. God Bless you!
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing

October & November 2005
I just love this time of year! Leaves changing colors, nice cool weather, hayrides, fall festivals and of course football. It's time to bundle up, get some hot chocolate and start preparing for the holidays. We have really been busy lately and do not seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Although we will be coming off the road during the months of December and January all of our personal schedules are packed. Michael has several big sound and lightings jobs that will be taking him all over the country in the next couple of months. Michael and Stacey will also be going to New York for a week during Christmas to visit family there. Lisa, Matthew, Robynn and myself will be traveling for ten days during the kids Christmas break to St. Louis, Missouri, Memphis, TN and Nashville TN. Casey will be working at her new job as pre-school teacher at her Church and I'm sure very busy with all kinds of Christmas programs. Please keep all of us in your prayers as we prepare for the holidays and make all of these long journeys.
Fresh Anointing is excited about a new friendship we have made with recording artist and evangelist Andy Bryan. We were invited to make an appearance on his television program "Spirit Of Praise" and we instantly bonded with him and his ministry. Within hours of meeting it seemed like we had known each other for years. I believe God puts people together in certain timing to help each other and to further His work. Go to Andy's website http://www.andybryan.com and find out when you can catch his program. Our appearances should be aired within the next couple of months.
If you would like to have Fresh Anointing come to your church or singing this next year we would love to put you on our 2006 calendar. We are anticipating an awesome year within the ministry of Fresh Anointing. Please pray with us for God to use us in a mighty way this next year. Thank you for visiting our website and drop us a line if there is anything we can do for you.
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing

August & September 2005
I'm sorry once again that it has taken so long to get a new current news submitted. If you check our calendar and photo pages you will see that we have been very busy. God has really been doing some great things through the ministry of Fresh Anointing. His power and anointing has been so strong in the services recently it seems that it's all we can talk about. God promised great and mighty things and we are seeing them come to pass.
This past weekend in Florida was AWESOME. We shared at a youth rally in Panama City Friday night and the power of God began to fall half-way through the service. We stood in amazement of the things God was doing in the lives of these young people. There were truly lives there that will never be the same again. Saturday night we were in concert at The Old Country Church in Callaway, FL. We had the privilege to pray through with several young people that night receiving salvation. The weekend just kept getting better and better. The icing on the weekend was Sunday nights service at Community Holiness Church in Defuniak Springs, FL. God really quickened my heart before the concert was over to open the altar. As the altar was flooded the Holy Ghost settled on His people and began to set them free. What an awesome service! There is no way to explain the feeling when God works through you to orchestrate such a powerful move. There is nothing like the anointing of God. Our prayer each day before we step in front of a group of people is, "Father make us an instrument and vessel that You can use".
Please pray for us this next month as we travel into Mississippi where Hurricane Katrina devastated much of the area. Our prayer is to bring encouragement and hope through the good news of Jesus Christ.
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing

June & July 2005
Summer is definitely here and we are celebrating the 4th of July today. After the fireworks tonight we will be leaving for Owensboro, KY and another year with the Crabb Family at Crabbfest. Please keep us in your prayers, we will be competing in Daywinds Talent Competition on Saturday. The kids are excited about making a stop at Holiday World in Santa Claus, IN. Holiday World is such a great family park and I highly recommend you go if you get the chance.
Matthew made it home safely from Australia. He had a great time and says he is ready to go again. This past week we had a reception for Matthew at the Chamber of Commerce building. Matthew shared pictures, souvenirs and his experiences with family, friends and sponsors. To see some of Matthew's photos from Down Under Click Here.
We really had some great singings in June and look forward to all of July's dates. I am sorry to announce the Lady Anderson Dinner Cruise in September has been cancelled. The gospel cruise was cancelled for that night due to it being chartered for another event. If you already have reservations please contact their office for a full refund. We will still be in Panama City singing the rest of that weekend. Check our calendar and come be with us.

April & May 2005
We have really been busy the past couple of months. In addition to our singing engagements all of our personal lives have really been busy. Matthew has just finished final exams and has finally gotten everything together and ready to leave for Australia the 29th of this month. Robynn just got back from the Space Center in Huntsville, AL last night and she will graduate from fifth grade tomorrow. Next year she will begin middle school. Stacey and Casey both became aunts in the past couple of weeks. Both of their sisters gave birth to healthy babies. Michael worked for two weeks solid, completely rebuilding the front end of our bus. To see a few pictures of that project you can go to our photo page.
I want to thank everyone that came out to our Aaron Wilburn fundraising concert for Matthew's ambassadorship. We had a blast! Great southern gospel music and laughing until your side hurt. We also had a drawing for a pair of cruise tickets and Farrell Stearns of Pensacola, FL was our lucky winner.
We also gave away a pair of cruise tickets at West Florida Electric Cooperative Meeting. The winner of those tickets were Brannon Moore of Marianna, FL. We look forward to having all the winners as our special guest on the Lady Anderson Cruise in Panama City, FL. If you would like to join us on the cruise click here to make your reservations.

March 2005
I want to share with you a little this month about what is going on with Matthew. Many of you may have heard us refer to Matthew and the People to People Ambassador Program. Matthew was honored to be accepted into the People to People Program and to be able to represent our region of Alabama as an Ambassador to Australia this summer. Matthew will be gone for three weeks this summer during the month of June. This will be his first long distance trip on his own as well as his first time to fly. The flight is suppose to be about twenty-three hours long to the other side of the globe. Please remember to keep Matthew and us in your prayers.
It is a great honor to be accepted in this program but it takes a lot of work. Every month we attend meetings in Daphne, AL to help prepare him for this journey. He is required to keep a journal of his trip and pre-trip research and preparations. We also have to raise over seven thousand dollars to cover his tuition and traveling expenses. The people of our community as well as many of you have blessed Matthew with support in this area. We truly thank each of you!
Don't forget to mark your calendars for Saturday April 2nd when we will be raising support for Matthew's trip to Australia, by hosting a concert with Aaron Wilburn, The Johnson Family and Fresh Anointing. Aaron Wilburn is an awesome songwriter and singer but after hearing him you will see why I think he is one of the funniest comedians you could ever listen to. Come join us for some great southern gospel music and laughing till your side hurts. This will be a great night for a family outing or a trip with your whole church group. There will be a five dollar donation at the door and some great door prizes given away at intermission. To learn more about Aaron Wilburn click on his website: http://www.aaronwilburn.com

February 2005
Our new project "Following The Call" is finally here! We are really pleased with how it turned out. With over a year of work and doing most of it ourselves, we are really excited to have it completed and made available for everyone. Next month Robynn will be getting started on her first solo project.
This is the first month that we will really get started back traveling some. We are blessed to be able to open for the Dove Brothers Quartet. The concert is this weekend and there is so much to do to get ready for it. We only have six days notice to promote this concert so we have been on TV and radio everyday. We will be having a bake sale at intermission to help raise money for Matthew's ambassador trip to Australia. I hope everyone will attend.
Don't forget to mark your calendars for Saturday April 2nd when we will be performing with Aaron Wilburn and The Johnson Family. Aaron Wilburn has to be one of the funniest comedians I've ever heard.

January 2005
We'll 2005 is here and I believe God is already up to something. Isn't it awesome when God pours out blessings that you never could have imagined. I believe 2005 is going to be one of those years!
We haven't been singing much during the holidays other than studio work, but we have all been quite busy. Casey traveled on a mission trip to the Appalachian Mountains with our church. They were able to carry a trailer full of toys and food to under privileged children and help brighten their Christmas. Mike and Stacey spent a week in New York snow skiing and visiting with their family. Mike is now headed to California for a big sound and lighting job in San Jose. Lisa, Matthew, Robynn and myself had a wonderful Christmas at home with all of our family. We spent New Years Eve in Greenville, South Carolina with the Crabb Family and the Hoskins. We had the opportunity to eat dinner with Jason and Shelley Crabb before the concert that night. They truly are some of the sweetest people you could ever meet.
Probably the most fun we had during the holidays was on our way home from South Carolina. We stopped in Georgia at a place called Animal Safari, which is off of I-85 between Atlanta and Montgomery. We rented an old van with no windows in it and drove for an hour through a safari full of animals. There were deer, giraffes, camels, (big) bulls, wild hogs, ostriches and many many more animals that all wanted to stick their heads in the vehicle with you so you could feed them. Did I mention there were NO windows in our van. There was a lot of laughing and high pitched squealing coming from that van as all the animals took there turn sticking their heads in and slobbering on each of us. Next time you see Matthew ask him about the sneezing zebra. I must say that was some of the grosses fun we have ever had. I highly recommend taking your family there, it is a blast! CLICK HERE to see some pictures from our trip.
I hope each of you had a wonderful holiday season and hope to see you soon at concert near you.

Fresh Anointing

December 2004
The end of the year is just around the corner and what an awesome year it has been. God has blessed Fresh Anointing in so many ways. He has opened up many doors and allowed us to meet so many wonderful people. Our ministry has grown so much this year simply by relying on the strength that only God can give. At the beginning of the year we stepped out in faith and gave up many of our church responsibilities and positions as well as most of our spare time, to invest all we had in growing the ministry of Fresh Anointing.
Our new CD should be out by the end of January 2005. We would love to come to your church and share our new project with you. Just give us a call and we will be glad to add you to our calendar. If you or anyone you know are interested in booking Fresh Anointing and would like a promo packet just drop us a line or give us a call.
As you probably have noticed from the pictures, we are now a trio. Alicia and Jamie both did a great job singing alto with us this past year. When Jamie resigned her position with Fresh Anointing, God really brought the three of us together. God gave us conformation of His calling on each of our lives. He pointed out how we were all equally yoked and how He had placed us together to see His work done through this ministry. Things are a little different in the arrangements of our music, but never has God's anointing flowed any stronger. Please remember to keep us in your prayers.
Following His Call,
Fresh Anointing
